Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
and Internet Marketing
Do you have a great website, no or
low traffic and little conversion?
Do you want to be
on the first page of Google?
What is Search Engine Optimization?
Search Engine Optimization is the process by which a web site is brought up
to search engine standards or guidelines, so search engines such as Google,
Yahoo, Live Search (MSN), etc., can find the
information they need, to index that web site on their data based and place it
on the search pages.
When a web site
is indexed, it will be placed in a position on a search page, depending on
how well Search Engine Optimization has been done on that site, blog or You Tube, and how well other websites
are optimized. Websites are "transparent" to search engines, if good SEO
(Search Engine Optimization) is not done.
Do you advertise on Google AdWords-AdSense, Yahoo! Sponsored Links, Live Search
Sponsored Sites, City Search, Yellow Pages Online, or any other online
advertisement? Do you know you are paying for expensive, monthly search engine
optimization? Essentially, SEO is the process of getting your website on the
first page of Google, avoid adverting in Google AdWords-AdSense and paying for
it thousand of dollars monthly.
Do you know that only 2% to 5% of people see and click Google's AdWords-AdSense, or
any other online advertisement? 46% of traffic goes to the first site place
organically, 26% to the second and about 6% to the third.
Why don't you optimize your website so it will have 20 to 50 times more
exposure and traffic in normal search of Google, Yahoo!, Live
More then 60% of all purchases on the internet
begin with a Google search. And 94% of people don't look past the second page.
Google is eager to find your
website; that's its job. The reason Google doesn't place your website on the
first, second or third page of its search, is that it can't find the
information it needs.
Indexing a new website on Google, if it's
usually takes two months. If the web site has been around for a while, it can
even take less than 4 weeks. A newly created page can be indexed in two weeks,
if its well optimized. Each page can lose or gain places, month to month,
depending on how well it has been fit for Google searches.
