How Search-engine Optimization
Services was born, a message from the president and founder.
I started in the SEO business in 1997. The company
I was working for, asked me to build a website to show people the
services we were offering. They also asked me shortly after, to do
something so our website could be found in search engines. At that time
that task was fairly easy, just adding keywords in the correspondent
Meta tag would do the job. Our website had a very good traffic then,
considering there were not many competitors.
A year or two later, spamming took over search
engines searches. The system collapsed and there was a need of a safe
and true way to find information in the internet.
Google came about in the year 2000, and the way
Internet searches were handled, changed completely. Society changed too
accordingly. Business, entertainment, maps and directions to go places,
communications, etc. Google became the main role player in the Internet
arena. Webmasters had to re-study the methods to place a website in the
first page of search engines.
I was following all this process very closely and
learning along the way. My company got 70% of its customers though the
Internet, and depended on the website for survival. A new Internet
business was born: Search Engine Optimization. No schools to learn it;
not many consultants to hire. It was a difficult learning process; a mix
of some knowledge, a lot of experience, and some intuition. I was able
to keep up with the latest developments and techniques in the SEO
business.
In November 2006, one of my clients, a medical
doctor with a very successful practice and a high traffic web site,
called me and told me they were not receiving patients from his website
any longer and "over night". After working in the situation for about
six months (a case of
Internet Name Defamation), we solve his problem building his
Online Name. His practice was brought back to normal.
I was doing Web Placement consulting work in the last two years,
and with the incentive of the success placing websites in the first page
of Google search, in June 2007 I decided to create Search-engine Optimization Services,
SeOS, to HELP people when they ask for it: SOS!
We are a small internet company, with a vast
experience and knowledge, and the old fashion personal service and care!
Today, we have extended our internet services to the
following areas:

Now days, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is a
flourishing career in the cyber world. SEO is the light that shines over
your website in the confusing jungle of the internet, and allows people
to see it.
I like being outdoors, hiking, camping, running at the
Manhattan Beach, and jumping to the cold water after words. I read a lot, but my
wife, daughters, and son read much more than me! One of my daughters and my son
won awards for reading 100 books at age 4 and 4856 pages, the most inn 5th
grade, at the age of 10.
I support living foods, vegetarianism, and vegan life
styles.
I studied Electronics back in Argentina, where I got married. I have a Master in
Electronics.
